What is the most important thing in the world? I think it is health.
You can take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive. But if our health was taken away, we would surely die. That is why we always try to eat in a healthy way and exercise regularly.
In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like French fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and fresh fruit which are full of vitamins.
Taking exercise every day helps us build a strong body. Regular exercise is an important part of keeping me healthy.
What’s more, I think friends are an important part of one’s health. Many studies show that people with a wide range of social contacts get sick less than those who don’t. I always feel better when I am with friends than when I am alone. When I am with my friends, I always laugh. Laughing is also an important part of health. I like to laugh with my friends.
By eating properly and exercising regularly, I can keep my body at a proper weight and keep healthy. By spending time with my friends, I can keep my mind as well as my body happy. these things sound easy to do, but not many people can manage them. I think a strong will is necessary if we want to keep healthy.

last year my English class was difficlt.First of all,it wasn't easy for me to undersrand the tescher when she talked.To begin with ,she spoke too quickly,and I couldn't understand every word.Later on,I realized that it doesn't matter if ou don't understand every word.I was also afraid to speak in class,because I thought my clas *** ates might laugh at me.I couldn't always make plete sentences,either.Then I started to watch English-languageTV.It helped alot .I think that doing lots of listening practice is one of the secrets of being a god language learner.Another thing that I found very difficult was English grammar.So I decided to take lots of grammar motes in every class.Then I starten to write my own original sentences using the grammar I was learning .It's amazing how much this helped.Now I am enjoying learning Inglish and I got an A this term.My teacher is very impressed.
First, optimistic state of mind.Positive and optimistic attitude is very important, always to think positive, is helpful to relieve the pressure in the daily life and work.
Second, adequate rest.Rest helps to relax and restore physical strength, are very important to keep healthy.Rest for six to eight hours a day, including nighttime sleep and daytime spirit is loosened.Regular sleep and relaxation is used to help regulate the body, promoting digestion of food and waste discharge.At the same time, due to ensure the supply of nutrition and blood, sleep also helps to keep a clear head.
Third, right amount motion.Physical exercise is the key to keep healthy.Regular exercise helps to consume excess calories, and improve the heart and blood circulation system.A good exercise program should include three kinds of physical activity: aerobic exercise, stretching and anaerobic exercise.Aerobic exercise: cycling, jogging, long-distance swimming, walking and other activities are aerobic exercise, contribute to a strong heart and lung function and blood circulation system.Stretching exercises: day-to-day stretching exercises can enhance the flexibility and the flexibility of the body, and can be anywhere at any time.From the ark had a box and bent over to tie his shoes.Anaerobic exercise: sprint, weight lifting, short acuteness activity belong to the anaerobic exercise, can adjust and exercise the muscles.

四、均衡的营养。要达到营养均衡,就需要注意日常饮食习惯,要注意合理饮食的6个方面:
1.食物多样化。
2.多吃蔬菜、水果和谷类食物。
3.选择低脂肪、低胆固醇的食物。
4.少吃盐、糖。
5.尽量避免饮酒。
6.尽量避免吸菸。
合理饮食对健康的影响是长期的,均衡膳食需要平时养成习惯,并坚持不懈,才能充分体现饮食对健康的重大促进作用
Keep healthy is very important to us. But how to keep healthy is a problem.
As we know, food gives us energy. So first, we must have enough food everyday. And we must also have the right kinds of food. We should eat fresh fruit and vegetables but less meat. We shouldn't eat bad food or drink sour milk. Because they are bad for our body. We should keep the air clean and fresh and keep our bodies ciean.
The second, we should do more exersise. We can piay basketball, soer and volleyball or swim and skate. Swimming is good for our lungs. Walking is good for our legs, heart, and lungs.So we must do more exersise.

As we know ,A healthy body is important .The methods to keep us fit vary. suchas do exercise or a good habit keep good moon. I’m in Class 0506. Li Nan is my best friend. She’s thirteen years old. Her birthday is on October 3rd and she was born in Shen Zhen. She lives with her family in Haimen. She’s 1.60 metres tall. She has black hair and she wears glasses. She is very lovely and pretty.
She likes eating dumplings, chocolates, peanuts and vegetables. She dislikes pork, sweets and green tea.

I have a lot of friends in Simon English School. One of them is my best friend. His name is boyd.
He and I are both thirteen years old. but I am older than he, and I am fatter than he too. He is shorter than I, and he is thinner than I. He wears a pair of glasses but I don't.
He likes to eat pocket-food, and he is a gentleman in a sense that when he has pock-food he will share them with us.
He and I are in the same school and in the same class. So, we can help each other. We alway play in the school together. he likes to do thing I like. He lives in the Ningbo Jiangdong, so he hardly came to my home in Zhenghai but I alway go to his home on weekends and he sometimes will e to my home on weekends. Sometimes we will fight but we alway get along well.
His mother is a doctor in the Li-Hui-Li hospital and I know where her office is. His father is a worker in the Bei-Lun power plant. He is a head of a group. So, his father has a lot of work to do.

The ways of keeping healthy Nowadays, more and more people don`t value their healths. They always stay up late,do less exercise and eat much junk food and so on.So these bad habits make them ill.
