1.what do most people do to keep fit in your country?

In my country, most people keep fit by exercising. Sometimes it depends on age, older people walk in the park in the morning and do some tai-ji-quan, younger people run laps in the neighbor hood, and kids usually do sports such as football and basketball.

It is important for people to do some regular physical exercises, so they can have a healthy body which helps them do work and achieve more.

3.why do some people think that modern lifestyles are not healthy?

Some people think that modern lifestyles are not healthy because lots of people sit in front of the computer all day long and don't even exercise for 10 minutes each day. When it all adds up together in the end, the modern lifestyles cause serious health problems.

4.why do some people choose to lead unhealthy lives?

Some people choose to lead unhealthy lives because they thing it's comfortable at the time. They only see how relaxing it is living an unhealthy life, but they don't know what damage it could cost to their health.
