快乐是一种角度，由反面看可能是苦，由正面看可能是乐。快乐是一种权利，没有人能够限制我们从好的方向看。但要有心才能看到快乐之处，什么心呢？一颗快乐之心。
如果你肯，改变一下自己的想法，换一个角度去看令你痛恶的事，令你讨厌的人；如果你肯，放下一些自私，将别人的利益放在第一位，试着替别人着想，做一些不求回报的小事。那么，一定会有好多意想不到的快乐突然出现在你的生命中。
