We all deal with setbacks because they are part of our lives. The purpose of setbacks is not to defeat us, but to challenge us and teach us how to overcome them. Everyone have faced setbacks, although some setbacks are more serious than the others. I have experienced setbacks before. When I was little, I didn't know how to deal with people because I was shy and wasn't able to express myself. I only had few friends. I know it's hard to change someone's personality, but I asked my parents and teachers for help. They encouraged me to go to social events and attend more activities. I gradually changed and now I am an outgoing person. I think students should acknowledge the setbacks and give themselves time to overcome it. Think setbacks as the steps you must take before you can be stronger.

我们都有过挫折因为他们是我们生活中的一部分。挫折的目的不是要打败我们，但是却是挑战我们而且训练我们如何战胜他们。每个人都面对过挫折，尽管一些比另外的更加严重。我也经历过挫折。当我还小的时候，我不知道怎么和人交往因为我很害羞而且不知道怎么表达自己。我只有一点朋友。我知道一个人的性格很难改变，但是我向我父母和老师寻求帮助。他们鼓励我去社交活动和参加更多活动。我慢慢地改变了而且现在我是一个外向的人。我觉得学生应该承认挫折而且给自己时间去克服它。把挫折想成是你变得更加强壮之前必须采取的措施。
