因为这是一固定句型would you please (not) do sth?

因为tell sb not to do sth是动词固定用法.用不定式做宾补.而don't是助动词的否定式,只做谓语不做其它成份

改为 Jack was made to stay behind by his teacher after school yesterday.
因为使役动词这被动语态不定式带 to . 而主动语态中的不定式不带 to

改为who teaches you maths this term?
因为teach后要接双宾语.即sb sth,间宾的是人称代词不能是物主代词.

这句没有错误.我想原句是这样的 the runner seemed to very tired.改为the runner seemed to be very tired. 因为seem后接不定式.本回答被提问者采纳
2. don't 改为not
tell sb not to do sth 这是不定式的否定式做宾补
3. made 后加to
be made to do sth 被要求做某事
4. your改为you
teach sb sth teach 后接双宾语“教某人什么”
5. 此句没问题。 （可以在finished 前加had, 即： had finished 过去完成时， 但因为after 已经清楚地表示时间的先后关系， 可以不用过去完成时）
或是改work 为running ， 意思更具体一点， 因为主语是runner
