　现在的多数同学都是独生子女，在学校的学习十分紧张，几乎没有时间与同学们交流，再加上父母又多是双职工，工作很忙，与孩子在一起交流的时间较少，所以很多同学有孤独感，寂寞感。怎样才能走出寂寞呢？
首先，要正视孤独。因为成熟而自信的人不怕孤独，不怕寂寞。鲁滨逊在孤独的漂泊中磨练了意志，认识了世界；陈景润在孤独的奋斗中证明了哥德巴赫猜想；司马迁在孤独的苦痛中完成了<<史记>>。
孤独不都是坏事。孤独不是孤僻，而是要在独处中安排好自己丰富多彩的生活，自我陶醉，自我修养，自我完善，自我充实。如读书、弹琴、听音乐、练书法、绘画、写作，把自己的屋子整理得漂亮整洁……应当学会独立地生活，在独处的广阔田地里，默默的追求自己的理想。
其次在安排好自己独处生活的同时，要注意关心别人，逐步扩大与别人的交往。在与别人交往中，应诚恳坦率，要善于发现别人的长处，取人之长，补己之短。对别人的不足之处，要引以为戒。孔子云：“三人行，必有我师焉。择其善者而从之，其不善者而改之。”要做那些另双方都满意的事，这样对双方的进步都有益处。
假如和某个同学和不来，也不是什么没面子的事，只能说明你们的心还未贴近，你们的志趣很不相同罢了。既不能妄自菲薄更不能妄自尊大。
与别人交流想法、交谈新闻、倾述学习和生活中的感受、谈一些开心的事，是十分重要的，它可以帮你摆脱孤独。在与别人的交流中还能增长知识、增加见闻、开拓眼界、增进友谊，会让你体会到集体生活的乐趣。
愿你在拥抱孤独中善待自己，在与人的交往中走出寂寞，走向充实、豁达和快乐！
