The class cadre, can strengthen people's sense of responsibility, can also exercise more students' ability of organization. But the class cadre if too many, but everyone equal, no competition. But the class cadre less, have reduced the many students' ability, but also can increase competitiveness. So, I think the class cadre should reasonable quantity.
班干部的多少对管理班级会有很大的差别。班干部多了，可以增强大家的责任感，还可以多锻炼学生的组织能力。但班干部假如太多了，反而大家都平等了，没有了竞争。但班干部少了，有减少了很多学生的能力，但也能增加竞争力。所以，我认为班干部数量应合理。
