Abstract: This article strarts from the origin and development of small-size-class-teaching and takes primary school as direction, puts foward the great affection small-size-class teaching has made on improving the quality of traditional teaching. It explores how does small-size-class teaching affect the formulating of moral characteristics of schoolchildren while taking education concept, characteristic and model as investigating method. In the end, it gives out the conlusion that the point of small-size-classs teaching is "small class". Further study on the advantages and disadvantages of small-size-class teaching under the background of new system have also been made. And it then discusses what effection small-size-class teaching may cause on moral characteristic of school children and how. It elaborates from three ways including promoting the development of students' personality,improving student's alilities and training them the spirit of teamwork which lead to the conclusion that interactive activity is the key and it's also very important for the students to build their characteristics. By concluding the experiences of different schools in small-size-teaching, we found it that small-size-class teaching improved teaching quality and students' moral charateristic by interactive activities. And we also analized the development prospects of small-size-class teaching.
