【游戏简介】
在《寄生前夜:第三次生日》中，“扭曲者”是因为现代的某个事件发端而从遥远未来诞生的神秘存在，以人类为饵食的它们，拥有各种压倒性的强大力量，而唯一能够跟它们对抗的，只有女主角艾雅身上的“Over Dive系统”能力而已。
身材纤细美丽的她，虽然不擅长战斗，枪械的重量对她而言也太过沉重，而且又同样恐惧“扭曲者”，但却因为是唯一拥有能够对抗“扭曲者”的“Over Dive系统”能力而不得不站上战场前端，肩负起“扭曲者”的歼灭任务。所谓的“Over Dive系统”，是指能够将自己的意识转移到在跟“扭曲者”交战中的士兵们身上，控制他们的身体来展开行动或是战斗的能力。因此在游戏中，玩家必须利用这股能力来因应战况，一边变换自己控制的身体，一边采取各种作战行动才行！
