First ,teamwork is very important.You are sure to fail if you play by yourself.So five members must play together and well orgnized.
Second ,you should have a aim.In order to reach it,you should try your best.

Team spirit,in my opinion,is include three words:Unity,loyalty and contribution.
To begining with,every member of a team should kown the importance of their own role in the team,and regards their team as a family.Only when people believe that he is a part of the whole team,can he understands the meaning of Unity is the strength.And then,loyalty is vital to a team ,too.Try to imagine that someone is selfish to want to be a hero,chances are high that he will make trouble to his teamates.Last but not the least,don't hesitate the energy of contribution.When the whole team is willing to try their best to contribute ,it is not too far to build a perfect team.
