摘 要:本文阐述了合同管理在项目管理中,是一个较新的管理职能。在建筑工程项目中,合同管理的重要性理论及一些分析与改善措施。其中,对我国合同管理的作用、问题、基本状况及须解决的问题,做了一个简要的叙述。重点论述了建筑工程合同总体策划对整个项目的计划、组织、控制的决定性影响,并列举了案例,进行了精简的分析。为保证项目顺利实施,必须对此作出周密的计划和安排的,同时体系协调在合同总体策划中起到了主导权。招标投标是合同的形成阶段,对合同的整个生命期有根本性的影响。在“合同状态”这方面,着重对招投标阶段的基本任务、承包商的风险管理进行分析,从而列出风险对策与风险对策措施的选择。最后说明了合同管理在建筑工程项目管理中有着特殊的地位和作用,为了协调好各方面的工作,使合同管理工作程序化、规范化,并提出了简略建议。
