First，we would like to invite to declare the opening of the English Speaking Contest .Welcome!

Before the fierce competition begins,let go over the rules and judging criteria.
Today’s competition is divided into 2 parts:
(比赛规则)
The full mark will be 10.And each contestant is judged according to the following 4 aspects: content(40%),language ability(25%),delivery skills(25%) and manners(10%).
