首先我敢确定这些都不是所谓的多选题。下面给出我自己的答案。。。
36:B一般疑问句的回答只能是两种情况，一个是yes,......一个是no。。。。
37A表示赞同，“我也那样觉得”
38B首先无论是什么样的回答都要遵循肯定或否定一致的原则，A显然前肯定后否定，所以不对。C意思是我恐怕我什么也不知道，，显然文不对题。至于D不符合英语日常表达
39D意思是前者说能不能把声音开小点。。。很显然是妨碍了干什么，，，所以D意思说，哦，对不起，我没意识到你在睡觉。
40D问的是附近有没有杂货店，回答肯定是又或者没有，，，D 是说，，嗯，有一个大的杂货店
41B这个要考虑英语文化中的日常生活表达，A,C,D都是按着中文中的表达习惯来说的，在英语中是不能这样表达的，而B意思是说，没关系
42C首先这是个选择疑问句，问厕所在the ground floor 还是2nd floor，，所以回答要在两者中选择说。
43B意思是说请随便吃点牛排啥的，，，所以对方应该对招待者表示感谢，，，而不是其他的挑剔啥的

楼上的的回答非常好，大部分同意，有两个问题意见不同：

47. 应该是B。当你接受人家的帮助时，最恰当的回答是B--- Thank you．You are so kind。
A通常是你愿意给别人帮助时使用。比如当你听到：Could you give me a hand?
应该回答回答：Yes, I'd love to.

50. 应该选C。 A是礼貌用语，没错。但是应该在电话接通那刻接线员就先说了。下面是模拟正常通话顺序：
---- Hello! International Airline.
---- Hello!Can I get a seat on the 8 pm flight to Detroit?
---- I’m sorry, but it's completely booked .
