晚上好，女士们，先生们：

Thank you very much for
choosing to come in such a cold night.
Today my topic is about
choice and
process.
A research shows that a man has to
make 73 choices one day.
With so many choices one day
,
people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the
true part of life. In my opinion, the following part is of much more importance than the choice. There is no
absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life, which the process makes the difference.

NO matter what the choice is, enjoy the process. In the process, your potential will be inspired and
new discoveries,improvement and progress will come to you. These are the most beautiful sceneries and
only on the way can you see it.These make your life colorful.

Ladies and gentlemen, it's my honor to be here today to give you this speech. My topic is "the pains of growing up"
When i was a child, I hoped to grow up immediately. However, having grown up, how I wish i were a child! Once we grow up, the carefree times have flown away and there are so many pains waiting for us!
First comes the pains of studying. Exactly, studying itself is pleasant. What pains us are examinations and scores. We have to study those boring subjects and try to get high scores in exams. It's really painful.
We also suffer from dealing with others. Sometimes we may find that some people are hard to get along with. Sometimes we may quarrel with intimate friends. Such things always hurt our feelings.
Parents may bring us pains, too. We think they don't understand us. They forbid us to do what interests us and force us to do what we hate. They keep telling us what to do and what not to do as is we knew noting. They don't really care what is in our mind.
Later, some may suffer pains of losing love, pains of working and then of suppoting a family.
Growing up seems to mean endless pains,. So many people wish to return to childhood.
But you know, that's impossible. We can do nothing but stand up and overcome them, even enjoy them and shoulder our responsibilities.
My dear classmates, don't be afraid of growing up! Don't be afraid of pains. No pains, no gains. Only after tasting pains can we better enjoy sweetness and happiness. Let's grow up in pains, grow up from pains.

当我还是个孩子的时候，我希望马上长大。然而，长大了，我多么希望我是一个孩子！当我们长大，无忧无虑的时光飞走，有这么多的痛苦等待着我们！
首先是努力学习。确切地说，学习本身就是快乐。我们是考试和分数，多么痛苦。我们要学习那些枯燥的科目，并试图在考试中取得好成绩。这真的很痛苦。
我们也从与人交往。有时我们会发现有些人很难相处。有时我们也会争吵与亲密的朋友。这样的事情总是会伤害我们的感情。
父母会给我们带来痛苦，太。我们认为他们不了解我们。他们禁止我们做我们做什么我们恨什么利益。他们告诉我们该做什么，不该做是我们知道什么。他们不真的关心我们的想法。
后来，一些可能遭受失去爱的痛苦，工作再支撑一个家庭的痛苦。
成长似乎意味着无尽的痛苦，。很多人希望回到童年。
但你知道，那是不可能的。我们能做的只是站起来并克服它们，甚至享受和承担责任。
亲爱的同学们，不要害怕长大！不要害怕的痛苦。没有痛苦，就没有收获。只有在品尝痛苦才能更好地享受甜蜜和幸福。让我们成长的痛苦，从痛苦中成长。
