4、冷水下鸡肉姜片去腥。

5、煮开以后捞起冲洗一下鸡肉。

6、下油跟姜片,鸡肉下锅炒香。出香味以后装盘。

7、换砂锅或者炖锅。下冷水,下姜片,下鸡肉,煮开。

8、煮开以后,下枸杞,红枣,花旗参片。

9、下香菇。转小火煮1到1个半小时。

10、所有食材慢炖,放一勺子盐,放一勺子料酒.

11、完成。

养胃炖鸡汤的做法

主料:鸡    

辅料:葱姜、料酒一勺、大料瓣一个、盐、大枣、枸杞   

步骤:

1. 买来的鸡先处理一下,开膛破肚,去除内脏

2. 斩成小块

3. 烧点水,不用烧开,热了就行,倒进装鸡的盆里,把鸡肉表面的脏东西去掉,沥干水
4. 鸡块用葱姜,一勺料酒腌一下,去腥

5. 把凉了的鸡块放进沙锅,倒入水,没过鸡块,放一个大料瓣。

6. 大火烧开,此时不要怕麻烦,一定要用勺子把汤表面的那些浮沫撇出去,鸡的味道才会更好,转小火,炖至肉熟烂,时间得用将近两小时吧,如果用高压锅会快些,不过味道没有沙锅慢火做的好吃,最后放点盐,再炖一会就好,盐要最后放,否则能使肉变硬
7. 我等鸡肉炖到一半时,加入了一些大枣,枸杞。

鸡洗净去内藏。放入磁缸加水加油盐补药,加盖用稀泥密封。后再用瘪谷堆积全部掩埋缸体。在堆积瘪谷时先点燃堆积的底部。这样炖十二小时营养香味全部在鸡肉和汤里面。美味又打补。本回答被提问者采纳
