小时候我特别恐高，到高一点的地方都会把我吓到大哭起来，比如二楼的阳台。可能也是由于这个原因吧，我从小就特别没自信，特别安静，不活泼。爸爸觉得这样对我的成长是很不好的，一定要帮我改掉这个坏毛病！爸爸知道我特别爱放风筝，于是，他便特意带我去放风筝，我自然是很开心的跟着爸爸走了。爸爸就特意选了一条要通过一条大桥的路，等走到桥边，我就不敢向前迈步了，是的，我太害怕了，那座桥太高了，足有几十米，下面的大河看得让人头晕！我又一次蹲在了地上，死活不肯走了。后来爸爸说，如果连桥都不敢过，今天就放不了风筝咯。风筝那么好玩，你想错过吗？要知道，所以美好的事物都是要经过各种的困难才可以得到的。来吧，让我牵着你的手，不会害怕了。经过爸爸的一番劝说，我终于艰难的走过了大桥。神奇的是，以后我竟然慢慢的克服了恐高，自己也变得自信了起来，所有的一切都改变了，谢谢我的爸爸！

I was especially afraid of getting high when I was young.  It would make me crying greatly even in the second balcony. Maybe because of this, I was not very confident and active, but very quiet. My father thought this character was not good for me, so he decided to take some measure to help me overcome my high anxiety. He knew that I was fond of the kite, so he specially took me out for flying kite. I was very happy with his advice. However, my father chose a high bridge t o cross. When we went to the edge of the bridge, I couldn’t make a step forward. My god! 

I was freighted. The bridge was so high, about ten meters, that I would fade when seeing the beneath river from the bridge.  I crouched on the ground, and simply won’t make a step. And yet my father told me that if I couldn’t cross the bridge, I won’t fly kite. “You like kite so much, and do you want to give up?” he said, “and you should know all good things are got only getting through kinds of difficulty. Come on! Take my hands, you will not be afraid.” After my father’s persuasion, I was encouraged very much and crossed the bridge finally. From then on, I magically overcome my high anxiety, and become more confident. Everything turns different. All this should owe to my father. Thank you, my father!

As a child, I was always scared of high place such as the balcony of the second floor, and cried. Perhaps because of this fear, I lacked of confidence, and was quilt but not dynamic. My father decided to help me out of this bad habit since he realized it was everything but good for my growth. My father understood that I was a fun of Kate flying, he therefore brought me to fly the Kate which I was not able to resist. There was a high brig that stopped me from advancing. I was frozen, but at that time, my father said that I could not fly the Kate today if without passing this brig. Would you miss flying the Kate which was so funny. You got to understand that all beautiful things could be reached only after a big effort.Come on, let me take your hind, and you would not be so scared. I passed the brig with a lot of difficulty. While, it was a magic, after which, I was steadily getting over my fear for high places, and became more confident!. For having changed every thing, I must thank my father!

When I was young, I was afraid of heights. I was scared to cry the moment I reached a place a little higher such as the balcony in the scond floor. Due to this reason, I failed to be condident and became quiet and introverted. Realizing this harmful to my growth , my father tried to help me give uo this habit.
