青少年上网的利与弊
一、上网的好处：
（一）可以开阔视野。因特网信息量大，信息交流速度快，自由度强，实现了全球信息共享，青少年在网上可以随意获得自己的需求，在网上浏览世界，认识世界，了解世界最新的新闻信息，科技动态，青少年在网上交流、交友的自由化，使青少年交往的领域空前地宽广，极大地开阔了青少年的视野，给青少年学习、生活带来了巨大的便利和乐趣。
（二）可以加强对外交流。网络创造了一个虚拟的新世界，在这个新世界里，每一名成员可以超越时空的制约，十分方便地与相识或不相识的人进行联系和交流，讨论共同感兴趣的话题，由于网络交流的“虚拟”性，避免了人们直面交流时的摩擦与伤害，从而为人们情感需求的满足和信息获取提供了崭新的交流场所。青少年上网可以进一步扩展青少年对外交流的时空领域，实现交流、交友的自由化。
（三）可以促进青少年个性化发展。世界是丰富多彩的，人的发展也应该是丰富多彩的。因特网就是一个提供无限多样的发展机会的环境。青少年可以在网上找到自己发展方向，也可以得到发展的资源和动力。他利用因特网就可以学习、研究乃至创新，这样的学习是最有效率的学习。
（四）可以促进青少年的学业。因特网上的资源可以帮助学生找到合适的学习材料，甚至是合适的学校和教师，这一点已经开始成为现实。这里值得提出的是，有许多学习困难的学生，学电脑和做网页却一点也不叫苦，可见，他们的落后主要是由于其个性类型和能力倾向不适从某种教学模式。可以说，因特网为这些“差生”提供了一个发挥聪明才智的广阔天地。
（五）拓展了当今青少年教育的空间。因特网的信息量大、交流速度快，随着时代的发展越来越吸引更多的青少年。也成为青少年寻求知识的主要手段，因此，加强网络对青少年的教育已成为当前共青团工作的必要。我市今年已开通烟台青年网站，并通过烟台青年网在网上开展了一系列的网上知识问答、建党八十周年知识竞赛，青少年跨世纪论坛等丰富多彩的活动，进一步推动了全市的青少年教育工作。
（六）互联网为青少年获得各种信息提供了新的渠道。获取信息是青少年上网的第一目的。当前青少年的关注点十分广泛，传统媒体已无法及时满足青少年这么多的兴趣点，互联网信息容量大的特点最大程度地满足了青少年的需求，为青少年提供了最为丰富的信息资源。现在，互联网正在成为青少年获取种种信息的最佳来源。

二、青少年上网的弊端：
（一）是上瘾问题。众多青少年学生长期沉缅于网络之中，有的已出现了网络病症。导致青少年学生出现了精神和躯体的病症，影响了青少年的健康成长。
（二）是部分不健康网点问题。因特网上有一些宣传黄色、暴力等内容的网站，还有一些政治上反动的网站。家长最担心的就是孩子容易受到他们的影响。
（三）是荒废学业问题。青少年自控能力比较差，又不善于取舍，沉湎于网上浏览而荒废学业的可能性是很大的。对这个问题不可忽视。与现实的社会生活不同，青少年在网上面对的是一个虚拟的世界，它不仅满足了青少年尽早尽快占有各种信息的需要，也给人际交往留下了广阔的想象空间，而且不必承担现实生活中的压力和责任。虚拟世界的这些特点，使得不少青少年宁可整日沉溺于虚幻的环境中而不愿面对现实生活。而无限制地泡在网上将对日常学习、生活产生很大的影响，严重的甚至会荒废学业。
（四）是诱发青少年犯罪问题。网上的内容良莠不齐，尤其是一些反动迷信、网站网页的不健康内容，使已处于人生观、价值观成形期的青少年，分不清真善、好恶，缺乏判断是非的能力，从而导致青少年误入歧途，走上犯罪的道路。当前，网络对青少年的危害主要集中到两点，一是某些人实施诸如诈骗或性侵害之类的犯罪；另一方面就是黄色垃圾对青少年的危害。据有关专家调查，因特网上非学术性信息中，有47%与色情有关，网络使色情内容更容易传播。据不完全统计，60%的青少年虽然是在无意中接触到网上黄色信息的，但自制力较弱的青少年往往出于好奇或冲动而进一步寻找类似信息，从而深陷其中。调查还显示，在接触过网络上色情内容的青少年中，有90%以上有性犯罪行为或动机。
（五）是网上交友的问题。网上交友聊天是当前青少年上网的主要目的。通过问卷分析，青少年与网友见面的占11.5%，从不见面的占56.3%，偶尔联系的32.2%。网上交友都是在“背靠背”的情况下进行，易使青少年产生说谎、虚拟的心理反映，与网友见面潜在着极大的危险性，我市就发生过五名高校大学生与网友见面遭强jian的事件。因此，网上交友不慎极易使青少年的自身利益受到侵害。
（六）互联网对青少年的人生观、价值观和世界观形成的构成潜在威胁。互联网是一张无边无际的”网”，内容虽丰富却庞杂，良莠不齐，青少年在互联网上频繁接触西方国家的宣传论调、文化思想等，这使得他们头脑中沉淀的中国传统文化观念和我国主流意识形态形成冲突，使青少年的价值观产生倾斜，甚至盲从西方。长此以往，对于我国青少年的人生观和意识形态必将起一种潜移默化的作用，对于国家的政治安定显然是一种潜在的巨大威胁。赞同50| 评论(6)

However, a few students are against such things. In their opinion, rather than trying to learn knowledge,most of the internet goers are playing computer games on it,which is a waste of time and money.Some students they even drop off from classes to go to internet bars.So they argue that the time spent on the internet should be strictly limitted.

With the development of the science and technology,the computer has been becoing the necessity for people in the 21st Century.Following,network is of close link with our life,bringing us incomparable convenience on our life and work.
Through the network,we can search for useful datas and get to know the current events.When you play computer games after a long-time work,it can relieve your pressure and make you feel relaxed.Besides,playing online games is not all bad,for it can fulfil students' entertaining requests as well as practise their response ability.
However,there still exists some disadvantages in the network.The radiation from the computer will do harm to people's health if you keep on watching the computer for a long time.And short sight may caused by it for your eyes stay tense.At present,there are too many games on the Internet,but some of them are not of good quality even contain some unhealthy content like violence and so on.Duo to the lack of recognizing society and self-protection awareness,some students get addicted in the games and online dating.

Besides, Internet has provided a major opportunity to buy and sell merchandise (商品). What is more, people may get medical help or even vote on Internet. Its advantages seem countless.
Behind all this glowing talk, however, are some problems. Internet makes people passive by stopping them making their own entertainment. So much so that when there is a breakdown or jam, people may find that World Wide Web turns into World Wide Wait. What is worse, some children have access to the scenes of violence and sex.
