Every morning I usually have a bowl of hot porridge as my breakfast. The ingredients for the porridge are different everyday. For lunch I will have a some vegetables, meats and fruits. While my main course will be rice or noodles. At night, I will have my dinner at home which is cooked by my mother. I will have meats, seafood, vegetables and most important I will have a bowl of soup. The soup have many nutrition, it is very good for our health.

I have a big bowl of oat for my breakfast. 我以一大碗燕麦作我的早餐。Oat has high fibre, and it helps to reduce cholesterol level. 燕麦是非常高纤维,而且它帮助降低胆固醇。Lunch, i usually eat out with colleagues. 午餐我一般跟同事们出外吃。We like to order typical local dishes, noodles, rice, dumplings, etc. 我们喜欢吃道地的菜肴、面条、米饭、饺子等等。
For dinner, i usually eat at home. My mom is a very good cook. 晚餐我经常在家里吃。我妈很会烧菜。Steam fish, stir fried vegetable, stewed spare ribs, are my favourite dishes. 我最爱的便是蒸鱼、炒菜和焖排骨。

For breakfast,I like two eggs,a banana and some vegetables or broccoli;For lunch, I like a hamburger, salad and some fruits.The fruits are good for me;For dinner, I like chicken ,fish and more meats. But I also have some vegetables.
