My favorite book is “The Hunger Games”. It's written by Suzanne Collins. Hunger Games is about a place called Panem that is controlled by the capitol. Each year as punishment the capitol chooses one girl and one boy from each of the 12 districts and send theminto an arena and they fight to the death. In district twelve a Girl named Katniss lives with her mom . She hunts with her friend Gale and they provide for their families.During the reaping(the time when the two teens are chosen)her sister is chosen, Prim. She volunteers in her place and a boy is also chosen, Peeta. Their advisor Haymitch guides them until they are sent into the arena,Peeta pretends to love her for the publicity but it turns out he really does love her. This book was first publish in 2008.because it was so popular and good, people made it into a movie in 2012. It's a great book, I really enjoy reading it.
