1、I contacted the Qingdao agency. They said that they could only learn about the information of the shipping from website. They sent the email to the port of destination, and the facts need to be checked with the overseas agency.
2.The agency ***which you mentioned was A shipping company's American agency, but I am not sure if it has subranch in China. Could you check for that? Perhaps we will choose A shipping company, for they can in charge of the inland transport after the goods arrived in LA.
