去年12月我以制图员的职位被聘用，由于我有三年的机械设计经验，所以自入司工作以来，我的工作内容就没有仅限于制图，我和其他的工程师做着一样的工作，这个可以从我的工时表得到验证。对于我的工作能力和表现，我的直线经理和部门经理都给予了肯定,并曾两次承诺给我调整薪资，但是至今没有调整。
我认为我的工作内容远远超出了一个制图员应做的，但是我拿的却是制图员的薪资，这对我来说是不公平的，所以我想申请将我原来的薪资￥3300/月调整为￥4500/月。希望能得到你的允许和帮助。
