请求帮忙翻译我的加薪申请

希望您能在百忙之中倾听下我的请求。
我已加入我们部门有将近两年的时间，在此期间我接触了很多新的事物和工作，也从此学到很多东西，在这里很感谢领导的支持和帮助。
同时，在工资上希望领导允许我提出这个提升的请求。在这个物价飞涨的时代，生活上确实给了我很大的压力，可是我的工资却与公司薪水的平均值相差很多，甚至低于我们的服务人员，这让我在工作上倍感失落。在此我希望您能接纳我的请求，并给我的薪水有一个合理的增长。
如果您对我的请求略感犹豫，我也希望您能提出诚肯的意见或建议，让我今后有一个努力的方向和目标，在提升自己能力的同时将工作做的更好。

I hope you can spare a few minute from your busy schedule to hear my request.
I have joined our department for nearly two years. In this period I met a lot of new things and difficult duties. But I also learn a lot from them. I am grateful for your leadership, support and help.
Meanwhile, I beg you to allow me to present this wage increase request. In this era of soaring prices, life really gives me a lot of pressure. However, my salary is far below the average salary of the company , even lower than our service personnel. I feel lost and depressed at work. I hope you will accept my request and give me a reasonable salary increase.
If you have hesitation about my request, I hope you are willing to give me genuine feedbacks or suggestions which allow me to have a future direction and goal, so that I can enhance my ability while doing my job better.
