而不是理解为“少数猿猴可以学会几个单词，但他们既无法连接单词也无法造句”
"join words and make sentences"只能够看成一个动作，而不能看成两个动作，
因为如果要看成两个动作的话， 应该用or 连接

例如：He can't drink or drive
他又不能喝酒又不能开车
