本设计是通过对原始资料的分析计算，依据行业规范，对企业自备电厂进行方案设计。设计的重点是燃烧系统；热力系统的设计；主要设备的选择；管道的设计。设计的目的是使设计方案满足企业的用电要求，同时，充分利用余热——生产用热和冬季采暖。设计既满足经济要求，又满足环保要求，使最低的燃料消耗达到最大的经济效益。

With the economic growth, the demand for electricity increases, meanwhile, environmental destruction has become an increasingly serious problem. However, CHP will not only meet the demand for electricity, as well as protect the environment.
The design is based on the analysis of raw data, according to industry standards to make designing plan for business-owned plant. The design focuses on combustion systems; Thermal System Design; Major equipment choice; Pipeline design. The purpose is to make the design programs meet the electricity requirements of enterprises, while making full use of waste heat -- heat production and the winter heating. The design is not only to meet the economic requirements, and also to meet environmental requirements and minimum fuel consumption to achieve the maximum economic benefits.
