本人2008年11月被日本@@软件录用，随后受公司委托在大连@@研修， 毕业后到日本名古屋总公司就职。近半年的商务日语培训，2年的日本IT企业工作，熟知日本人的工作方式、企业的经营理念以及日本软件开发项目管理的特点与流程。
在职期间，不仅在翻译项目中担任项目组组长，得到三菱电机负责人的一致好评，而且由于勤奋上进和良好的团队精神有机会参与了两个大型系统开发项目的前期工程。
我意寻求对日软件工程师或SAP相关职位， 在直接与日本客户进行业务交流保证项目信息的传递及相关事宜协调方面、系统开发部分过程（设计、制造、测试、运行支持）的项目管理以及为客户提供合理的解决方案等方面能够使我积累的经验得以更充分发挥和运用，并为大连IT企业的软件开发、IT支持做出贡献。

I was hired by @@ on November, 2008, before I was sent to Dalian to pursue my studies. After graduation I went to the headquarter in Nagoya to work. With a half-year business Japanese training and a two-year working experience in IT companies in Japan, I'm very familiar with the working style of Japanese, the marketing concepts of Japanese companies and the characteristics and procedures of the management of Japanese software development projects.

During my tenure, I lead the localization project group, which earned me a lot of compliments from the leaders of Mitsubishi Electric, and I also earned the opportunity to take part in the advance works of two large system development projects with my hardworking spirit and good teamwork.

I'm targeting at Japan-oriented software engineer or SAP-related jobs. My great experience in this field would ensure my performance in the communication and coordination with Japanese clients, the project management of some sections of the system development (including design, manufacturing, testing and operating support) as well as offering rational solutions to the clients, by which I can make my contribution to the software development and IT support of IT industry in Dalian.
