Volunteering makes our world a better place
It is of great importance for each of us to do volunteer work because this can make all live more happily and pleasantly in society.
Here I'd like to share with you one of my unforgettable experience as a volunteer to an old people's house.Ten of our classmates went there on a sunny day to see the old people there.We talked with them and sang songs to them.Some of us danced and performed for the old.All the old people felt excited and pleased .Their faces were covered with sweet smiles.
This made me feel comfortable because I can do what I can to make other people happy.
And this experience helps me make up my mind to become a volunteer
and do something meaningful for others.
What's more ,this experience gives me a chance to learn more about the spirit of volunteering—— we each can do something to make a difference to other people and make our our life meaningful and make others happy.Therefore,I sincerely hope all our youths can give our helping hands to others and devote our warmth in order to make our world a better place .
