希望你明白:试用期内解雇员工,你有两种选项。一是公司证明其不符合录用条件;另一是公司证明其有严重违纪等情形,但你要确认“不遵守上班时间”,属于严重违纪。如此才不会产生经济补偿的风险。
当然,如果你单位一般性地认为试用期内可以直接解除劳动合同,并且愿意承受该风险。另当别论。
