This experiment studies the crosslinking of glucoamylase and glutaraldehyde, investigates the impact of different crosslinking pH, glutaraldehyde concentration, temperature, and time on the crosslinking results，in the same time studies the optimal effective conditions and its properties such as stability. The results show that the crosslinking under acidic condition is beneficial to maintain the enzyme activity, and enhance its stability; for the free enzyme that is less active in the present experiment to use glutaraldehyde with a concentration of 0.5% or below will be beneficial to the reservation of enzyme activity, while reducing the crosslinking degree, so that the enhancement of stability is not so significant; whereas the crosslinking in higher temperature is not beneficial to the reservation and has less enhancement of the stability; with the increasing of crosslinking time the creosslinking degree is increased, the loss of enzyme activity is also increased. In addition, the optimal effective conditions for crosslinking enzyme have not significant difference compared with those of free enzyme.
