分析一句考研英语的句子

“所有儿童都有受教育的机会”对应的英文是“educational opportunity for all children” 我感觉for all children是修饰edcuatinal opporunity的，也就是说“educational opportunity for all children”就是一名词，不是一个完整的句子“所有儿童都有受教育的机会”，书中这样翻译是不是for用做了动词？表示“给 、 被得到”的意思？

That concept 是主语。 implies 这是谓语动词。 educational opportunity for all children.名词短语做宾语，当然不是一个完整的句子。

另外，你犯了一个最忌讳的翻译错误，就是逐词逐句的对应翻译，这是不行的，英语又不是汉语拼音！！！千万别对应着翻，小学水平的简单句子或许能凑巧对上了，但是大学的（而且你这还是考研的）肯定就不行了。
