午夜，12岁的JOY在书房里玩着电脑游戏。他看上去又累又困，好像随时都要睡着了。
突然，电脑的屏幕变的漆黑一片。JOY显得十分烦躁，他不停的用力敲打键盘，可惜没有用。他又查看了电脑的电源，发现电源正常工作。JOY站起来用力拍了拍电脑机箱，还是没有发生任何变化，他只好无奈的坐回椅子上发呆，但又不想去睡觉。
过了一会儿，电脑屏幕突然一亮，JOY露出兴奋的表情，可是屏幕上出现了一个恐怖的老头，JOY脸上的表情变的惊慌起来。
那老头突然开始说话，他说道：晚上不乖乖睡觉的孩子将要被我带走。然后老头阴森的笑了起来。
年幼的JOY信以为真，哭叫着冲出了书房。
书房的另一个门后，JOY的哥哥TOM露出了坏坏的笑容。站在他身后的LILY（他们的母亲）却敲了TOM的头一下，说到：我只是叫你想办法锁了电脑，谁让你吓你弟弟的。
LILY来到JOY的房间，看到JOY缩在被子了小声地哭着。于是LILY坐在JOY床边开始安慰他，并告诉了他事实的真相，JOY转哭为怒，咒骂了哥哥一句。然后再妈妈的安慰声中睡着了。
第二天早上，书房里，JOY又坐在电脑前，这回他不是在玩游戏，而是在制作一部恐怖短片。

On midnight, Joy, 12 years old, was playing computer game, who looked tired and trapped, as if should be asleep at any time. Suddenly, the screen displayed nothing but darkness. Joy kept beating keyboard,but no use.He looked agitated. He checked the power, found no exception, then he forced to stand up and tapped the chassis, without any change either. He had to sat on a chair in a daze with helplessness, with no mind to sleep.
After a while, JOY was with an excited expression as the screen wasb right in sudden. However, there came a terrible old man on screen. JOY became scared.
The old man said with charnel smile:" I will take the kid who don't sleep at night."
Little Joy was fallen, and rushed out study with crying.
Another study door, Tom, Joy's elder brother smiled prankishly. Their mother, Lily, standing beyond him, knocked on his head, and said:" I just told you to try to lock the computer, but not to scare your brother."
Lily came to Joy's room, saw Joy weeping in a low voice in quilt. Lily sat beside him, comforted him, and told him truth. Joy turned to anger and tears, cursed his brother, and fell asleep with mother's comforts finally.
Next morning, in study, Joy also sat in front of computer,without playing game this time, but producing a short horror film.
