Question

随着经济体制和金融体制改革的深入，经济生活中市场成分的扩大使得利率市场化提上日程。目前我国正按“五先五后” ①的模式分阶段实施改革，从目前的形势来看，利率市场化有收益，同时也肩负着风险。作为金融体系运行的基础，利率市场化不可避免地会对金融市场的微观主体——商业银行的运行形成较大的冲击。从各国的经历可以看到，在短期内，利率市场化给传统商业银行带来了巨大的挑战，原有的业务模式受到“金融脱媒”②的冲击，经营陷入困境，严重的甚至引发了银行业危机。由此，在人民币利率市场化进程中商业银行的业务经营管理成为我国利率市场化建设中最为突出的问题。

本文的中心是通过对我国商业银行在利率市场化推进下面对转型以及银行零售业务③的发展问题进行研究，并针对存在的问题提出解决办法和对策。

From the experience of other countries, we could see that in short run, the traditional financial institutes and banks will face great challenges follow by the interest rate trading/marketing; their original business model/mechanism will follow the impact of financial disintermediation, and will lead them into a difficult position, and ultimately, it may cause the crisis of financial world. As such, the process of RMB interest rate is being commericialised, the prevalent of the issues in managing of the commericial bank operations is critical.
