My strengths are great study and adapting capability, I like to learn new stuffs and always work hard, my motto is best or nothing.
As for the demerit, what I need improve most is the patience. I'm a little bit radical, I'm always wishing my work could be finished in a short time and ahead of others. Sometimes, I'm sick of staying slack in work.
