Question

In consideration of promoting the overall economic efficiency and minimizing the coke consumption, the pulverized coal injection system will be designed based on injection of bituminous or mixed coal with enriched oxygen. The PC injection rate of 120 kg/t-HM (designed capacity is 180kg/t-HM) is envisaged. One integral system with the combination of coal pulverizing and PC injection will be built up with the adoption of vertical coal pulverizer, dense phase PC conveying, oxygen enrichment to increase the injection rate and other up-to-date technologies in the design so as to ensure safe operation.
