allow sb to do 或者allow doing 没有你这种的
2.We can safe to go--We are safe to go 或者It is safe for us to go .
safe 是形容词，你这里怎么可以当动词用呢？
3.shouldn't dropping litter --shouldn't throw litter
should,shouldn't是情态动词，后跟动词原型 还有drop是掉下的意思，你指的是扔，用throw好
4.Please don't get nosiy--Don't be noisy.
这个作文里不会用please...什么的
5.Then we can't by car too fast --Then we can't drive our cars at a high speed.这个是开得快
by car是指我们乘车，比如说：I go to school by car.
