摘 要
农业科研单位作为社会公益性的事业单位，随着国家对其投入的加大和财政管理体制改革步伐的加快，现行的农业事业单位会计制度面临着诸多挑战，需要进一步改革和创新，因此加强对农业科研事业单位的财务管理和会计核算，归集现行农业事业单位会计制度存在的问题，并提出相关解决措施，是会计学的热点研究内容之一。
参考国内农业科研事业单位财务科会计制度的现状，国家经济体制的改革和产业结构的调整,将农业科研单位由原来的科研型事业单位逐步向农业科研经营单位转变。通过与大型科技公司、上市农业集团合作或者直接组建公司、企业集团。这样也导致了农业科研单位财务管理方法的改变。如何加强农业科研单位的财务管理,使得其在资金管理方面、单位预算安排方面以及财务管理制度方面逐步走向规范与完善。
本文首先系统总结了农业科研的主要特征，进而分析得出农业科研事业单位财务会计制度的特点及问题，然后以行政事业单位收支分类改革为契机，提出了一些对农业科研事业单位财务会计制度改革的相关建议。
