Abstract:
In recent years the world's enterprises gradually increased staff turnover rate, the staff turnover rate in China greatly exceeded the international practice. Contemporary enterprise employees have not had the idea of lifetime employment, they choose to work is not simply the pursuit of economic interests is more important to the realization of self-worth. Therefore, the enterprise management needs in the recruitment, selection and retain talented people put in more resources. Enterprises nurturing a sense of belonging among the staff is divided into two main areas: One is the business-to-staff nurture their sense of belonging, and the other is the external environment for building enterprise to cultivate a sense of belonging among the staff.
