求一份英文检讨书

我上课和同学说话被我们英语老师捉住了，当时她没说什么，但课后说我不乖，还说气话“不喜欢我了”，我认为还是写份英文检讨书主动承认错误比较好。帮帮忙啊。。。。。

如何写检讨书
1.开头要首先进行自我检讨，要多找客观原因，把责任推干净，注意煽情，要写得自己很无奈，好象无辜的样子，字数不要太多，100至200字即可，言多必失。
2.中间部分要尤其谨慎，因为该写事情的经过了。注意要多写你被动的事，至于你错的地方要一带而过，注意大石化小小石化了。如果你的错误很明显，无法隐瞒，那就要突出自己是被动的或是下意识的。注意，编的时候要前后照应。
3.结尾是写你的教训，注意要深刻，也要写出自己的无辜：虽然自己不是犯了很大的错误，但是教育是深刻的……最后要和建设祖国联系起来，写一下你要好好学习，把祖国建设成一个和谐、富强、民主的社会主义现代化国家等（见初三政治书）
