This text gives a discourse on the importance of Procurement Performance Evaluation among modern enterprise and presents guidelines of general Purchasing Performance Evaluation while analyzing some existing problems of it. Moreover, take GT company’s Procurement Performance Evaluation target for example, based on it’s existing problems and principles, to propose suggestions of improvement which should avoid irrationalities occur, further more, take the advantage of advanced technology to promote the index system when it comes to Procurement Performance Evaluation. It is to guarantee all the works can be on the rails.
