Abstract:
Teachers’ career boredom results from their failure to deal with the working pressure effectively.It seriously damages the teachers’ mental health, so it has a bad impact on the formation of the students’ healthy mind. This study investigates the effects of different pressure-replying manners on the career boredom. We performed our study by questionnaire among 100 middle school teachers. The results show that, the career boredom degree of middle school teachers is not very high; and teachers’ of different grades have distinct extent of career boredom, and teachers of graduating classes have the most serious career boredom; gender and age also relate to the career boredom in some sense; and finally, career boredom does not have significant relationship with pressure-replying manners.
