医生告诉我们，常人如果没有过长时间的睡眠，同样可以保持工作和生活的热情，有很多人，在晚上百无聊赖的时候去选择进行长时间的睡眠，则我不然，我不想让自己人生的多半时间在睡觉中度！所以，在晚上睡觉之前，我会选择去阅读，读一些美好的，感人至深的文章，让自己读一工作和生活保持激情和徜徉的憧憬！
