我体会到了，原来快乐不是拥有多少钱与物，也不是可以毫无顾忌地挥霍的生活。而在于心灵的平和：保持心的平静，瞄准一个有意义的目标，然后开始锲而不舍的行动。当达到这个目标时，会有巨大的成就感，也会感到真正的快乐，其实更多的快乐来自于那奋斗的过程中。
所以，快乐的时光是那内心宁静祥和，行动快捷有效的时光！

I felt that what I achieved everyday is worth the food I ate, and I can face my parents' soundless effort, and most important, I felt that I can face my conscience without regrets.
I suddenly understood that real happiness is not about how much cash do you have in your hands, not about killing time freely without onsidering anything. It's about the peace inside. Keep your mind peaceful, aim at a meaningful target, move till you achieve what you want,. When you suceed, it will bring a great sense of achievment, and a great sense of happiness to you. Actually, true hapiness is gained during the process of struggling and fighting,
