Stalin agreed to come in three months after the conclusion of hostilities in Europe-he would need that much time to shift troops from Germany to Manchuria.When in July the Big Three met again at Potsdam,outside Berlin,the Americans remained as anxious as ever to have the Red Army in the Pacific.
