PART1：City Beat has grown alongside Shanghai for the past 13 years, reflecting the voices which have helped shape the cultural landscape of our fair city. A range of artists, designers, actors, and musicians have put forth their talents in a series of black and white, 45 second, interpretive short films, exploring the forefront of entertainment. Each film delves into different areas of the arts, promising an avant-garde approach to media which is sure to impress.
