英文中 加逗号的句子不是并列句就是从句。因此楼上的几个句子都应该在逗号后面加上一个and。 当然 有even if 的从句那个除外。
如：You look so thin, and I guess you weight is about 70 kilograms.
You should eat more, and even if one day you get fat, I still like you.
