Because it is pretty special of the conditions in company.Most of the works are proceeded in Beijing.It depends on both the staff in Qingdao and Beijing fit in with eachothers and then complete the work.According to the work report,colleagues and customers response that she get on well with her colleagues in Beijing and she could also express her opinion in work as well as adjusting the working progress basied on actual working conditions. One of her other job is in charge of Qingdao civial servants' training course. According to the fact that there are more than 150 students in each class,she arranged the teachers and classrooms beforehand as well as drawing up a flow in detail and a regulations of students' management.More over,she solved many problems on class. The 6 months course finished completly.She has shown her abilities of management and decision making,all of these explain that she has the potential of being a leader.

Besides, in regard of choosing employees for the company, what we need most are just the hard-working employees who have great potential capability, and who can constantly sum up their experiences.

Due to the special conditions we are facing, lots of work is done in Beijing. This requires our staff in Qingdao and Beijing to coordinate closely to finish the work successfully.
