如果你把sorry打成sori，tomorrow打成2morrow，相信老外会很惊喜的。item是指物品，怎么用都不过分，当然这里也很恰当的说。

2.我英语不太好,我不知道怎么样告诉你.
my english is not quite good / well, i don't know how to tell you / explan that.
well, my bloody english level stop me from explaning.（这句有卖弄嫌疑，呵呵）
不要说my english is poor，老外会觉得你不自信，对你产生不好的印象
