出差订票的基本流程：

由客户出钱的：
(1)拿到客户的批复邮件
(2)拿到Richard的批复（需要在Portal上提交Travel Requisitions，等待Richard的批复）
(3) 将所要预定的机票基本信息(包括：目的地、飞行时间、折扣/全价 等)/酒店 的基本信息(包括：酒店名称，住宿标准 ，房型要求 等)一同发给我。
【特殊要求请注明。】
(4)确认
(5)出票

出差经费有公司支付的，只需要 拿到Richard的批复邮件即可。其他步骤同上。

以上种种，解释权归Apple所有。

Flight and hotel booking procedures for business trips:

If paid by client:
1. copy of the client's confirmation;
2. copy of Richard's approval (please submit the Travel Requisitions through Portal for Richard's approval);
3. e-mail me all the relevant information of the flight (destination, itenerary, discount, etc.) and hotel (hotel name, room type and special requirements). Please don't forget to mark your special requirements of any kind;
4. confirmation;
5. issuance of the itenerary

If paid by the company, please skip step one of above mentioned procedures and follow the rest.
