（3）在实施和验证无卡非编网络系统的过程中，针对一些具体的应用问题进行了改进和完善。在无卡非编系统逐步得到推广和应用的过程中，创新性的提出了完善该系统所要解决的进一步问题，例如在千兆以太网结构下最大用户数非编系统用户数限制、单机非编或移动非编与无卡非编网络的无缝连接。
