Due to the incompleteness of experimental methods and equipment and the effect of environments as well as the limitation of people's cognitive capability during the measurement, the difference cannot be avoided between the experimental data and measured true value, and this is the deviation in numerical. In order to better realize and even reduce or eliminate deviation, we have to do research on the continuously existing deviation in the measurement and scientific experiments.
